served on preheated porcelain plates from Villeroy & Boch with cutlery from Gallo and Sabatier
on our with white classic tablecloths covered only six restaurant tables with comfortable armchairs made in 1981

hans zijm, sander de ridder, lea broekman of slagerij Goenga here in Den Hoorn
slow food started in Piemonte by Carlo Petrini and a group of activists on Terra Madre day 10 December 1989
with the initial aim to defend regional traditions, good food, gastronomic pleasure and a slow pace of life
